The 45th Gene Key has held humanity in the grip of its Shadow for millennia. This is the Shadow of Domination, where the minority dominates the majority, imposing the superiority of the masculine over the feminine, the teacher over the child, and the left hemisphere over the right. We still play this game, where only a select few reach the top. At some point in our childhood, we encounter a threat, realize that the world is not a safe place, and our entire being contracts. This becomes a learned lesson at the level of reflex, giving rise to the Dilemma of Distrust.

In nature, all animals are forced to compete for their own survival. The antelope must compete with the lion, the rabbit with the fox... But we have evolved beyond this – we no longer need to defend ourselves against each other to survive. Yes, the memories of the past are still stored deep within our cells, but evolution has provided us with a more advanced operating system. We know of other ways to survive, and it seems we no longer need to compete in this way. However, the shadow frequency, with its fear, prevents us from seeing this. All shadow frequencies are connected to the ancient parts of our brain, meaning this is not just a mental construct – it's a feeling in our cells. When we lose connection with the whole, this mechanism is activated, blocking our path to the Gift of Synergy and ultimately, the Siddhi of Cohesion, which is the true essence of the Synergy path.
