The Dilemma of Numbness is a state that can be difficult to recognize within ourselves, yet acknowledging it can be a profound insight. We may not always identify such states, but it's often these moments of awareness that mark the beginning of our journey to the heart. Numbness is one of the most common shadow states, frequently stemming from childhood traumas and the genetic legacy of our ancestors.

Many people are unaware that they're already living in a state of Numbness, and instead of confronting this feeling in their chest, they try to distract themselves with various activities. The world offers countless opportunities for this. We can spend our entire day doing things without even realizing that, in essence, we're acting like zombies. The Shadow of this Gene Key is Entropy, which is the loss of energy in a system to the point of complete depletion. This is why we often feel drained by the evening, having exhausted our vital force.
