Pressure, stress, adrenaline, impulse to act

The Root center is the adrenal glands, adrenaline. The only source of adrenaline in the body. For 9-centered individuals, adrenaline is needed for realization, not for biological survival — as for 7-centered individuals. Open Root: the strategy of the false Self — to do everything as quickly as possible to relieve pressure. Jim Morrison and Bruce Lee — both with an open Root, both died at 32. False Self: 'to hastily prove mental confidence in things that do not matter'.

Defined (colored) Root

A constant level of stress-pressure that motivates to act. You are able to work under pressure. Your adrenaline is for movement towards realization, not for survival. The three formats of energy (Root-Sacral channels) format the frequency of information movement throughout the body.

Gift

The ability to cope with stress and pressure. A sustainable rhythm in work and life. Adrenaline as fuel for realization.

Shadow

May create unnecessary pressure for themselves and others. The dysfunction of a defined Root: wants everyone around to work for them. The risk of transferring their pressure to others as if it were their task.

Never do anything unless it's from a state of rest and joy — this is a mental concept that traps the mind. Strategy and authority — not 'state', but mechanics.

Open (white) Root

Wisdom

Understand the difference between healthy and destructive pressure. Flexibility in the rhythm of life. The ability to feel when pressure is real and when it's an illusion.

Not-self trap

Doing everything quickly just to get rid of the pressure. Constant hurry. Taking on other people's stress. Physiologically: the adrenal glands are damaged from the first day of life due to other people's incorrect stress.
